Campus Sustainability
- Increase onsite campus support for at-risk students by minimizing disruptive behaviors that the impact of learning in classroom. Weekly Parent support in-home support available as needed to ensure the learning transitions to the classroom.
- Onsite student mentors to assist teachers and promote effective instruction in the classroom.
- Option to provide internships for MBA and business students in OD activities- Teacher Interns.
Expected Outcomes:
- The student will achieve Self-Directed Learning, effective use of his/her Critical Thinking skills, and decreased disruptive classroom behaviors by 80% within 90 days.
- Behavior plans will have clear proactive strategies where the student will successfully be redirected 40% of the opportunities and with no more than 2 additional teacher prompts by the end of the 2nd quarter 75% of the opportunities and with no more than 1 additional teacher prompt by the end of the school year.
